I added a map today to the blog in our quest to find free Wi-Fi. We now have a new map page that uses Community Walk to plot the locations on a Google Map. Below is a map that includes wireless hotspots in the Tri-Cities. If you know of any, please add them to the map below and to the GeekSouth Wiki.

Am I missing something? I don’t see how to edit the map. I created an account (graphicbliss) and the Build Map and Map Settings tabs are not highlighted. Do you have to assign users editing priveleges?

Sorry, the ability to edit the map is off by default. I just turned it on and you should now be able to edit the map.

I have noticed that these maps do get cached. So if you make a change and don’t see it on the GeekSouth site, try clearing your cache.
